The Pierce-Meadowwood Conference Center is a modern venue, which is
ideal for hosting your next conference, function or retreat. Completed
in 1996, its facilities
include a versatile multi-purpose large meeting room that can serve as two
smaller conference rooms or one large
meeting space. The building is wheelchair accessible and, for the most part, wheelchair
friendly. The main hall has
capacity for 150 persons. Undivided, the hall is 2,250 sq. ft. (30' x 75') and when
the partition is in place, two halls are created of roughly equal dimensions (approx. 30'
x 35'). There are also separate smaller meeting rooms in the facility.
Adjacent to the building, there are
several open fields where activities could take place as well as two pavilions and a
volleyball court and a campfire circle. Not to mention the miles of trails and
little secluded spots close by.
The excellent in-house kitchen
facilities have received high praise from our conference and
retreat groups as they have
savored the cuisine that our cooks prepare. So even if you are just
coming for a day retreat or a team building activity on one of the fields, your lunch is guaranteed to be
enjoyable.
Accommodation in
Pierce Lodge includes 44 beds in 12
rooms on two floors with a full bath in each room. The total
guest capacity for all lodging buildings on our property is 84 beds
including our on-site retreats houses and pastoral retreat center.
